Natalie’s journey began in the quaint mountain enclave of Graeagle, CA, where she grew up. After graduating from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, she returned to her mountain roots, embarking on a career with The Ritz Carlton, Lake Tahoe in 2009. There, amidst the luxury hospitality industry, she honed the principles of excellence and unwavering customer dedication.
Immersed in the heart of the Sierra Nevada, Natalie discovered her calling in real estate after purchasing and flipping her first home in Sierraville with her husband. Her innate passion for the industry blossomed further as she collaborated with her family’s real estate and construction enterprises over the years, ultimately leading her to join their real estate company full-time in 2018.
Natalie’s hands-on expertise, coupled with her profound understanding of the local market dynamics, positions her as a standout resource for clients seeking properties in Truckee/North Lake Tahoe and the Lost Sierra regions of Plumas and Sierra counties. With licensure extending to Nevada, she also serves clients in the Northern Nevada area, including Reno and its environs. Continuously striving for excellence, Natalie is currently working towards attaining her California Broker’s License.
Beyond her professional commitments, Natalie is deeply engaged in the real estate community, serving as President of the Plumas Board of Realtors and as a Director for the California Association of Realtors. Her involvement extends to the Local Government Policy and Leadership Forum Committees, where she actively contributes to shaping industry standards and policies.
Balancing her career with her role as a devoted wife and mother to two young daughters, Natalie finds solace in Verdi, NV. In her leisure time, she savors moments with her family, indulges in her love for the outdoors and photography, dedicates herself to volunteering, and spending time with her family. With an unwavering dedication to her clients and an unbridled enthusiasm for her craft, Natalie eagerly looks forward to guiding others through their real estate journeys, sharing her wealth of knowledge every step of the way.
